Our restructuring process

From payment pressure
to a repayment proposal.

We start with what your business owes and can sustain, then work through the terms with the creditors involved. Here is what happens before, during, and after the negotiation.

01

Review your business debt.

Tell us about your MCAs, high-interest business loans, and current payment pressure. We discuss the situation and whether our restructuring service is a fit.

  • Your business name and state.
  • Debt types, approximate balances, and payment frequency.
  • Essential operating costs and any missed payments.
  • A way to reach you about your request.

Please do not send bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or financial documents in your initial message.

02

Agree on the work before it starts.

Review the proposed approach, accounts involved, and service fees. Once you choose to engage us, the payment information and cash-flow review shape the changes we will request.

  • A written scope of services and fee breakdown.
  • The creditors and obligations included.
  • The information needed to support a proposal.
  • Risks, responsibilities, and the limits of negotiation.
03

We negotiate with your creditors.

We present the requested changes, discuss creditor responses, and work toward a documented repayment arrangement. The aim is terms that account for the business’s ability to keep operating.

  • Proposed payment amounts, frequency, and duration.
  • Account-by-account discussions with the relevant parties.
  • Creditor responses and any counterproposals.
  • Open issues that need agreement before terms change.
04

You review the written agreement.

Review the proposed schedule, full cost, fees, and conditions before accepting. You should know what changes, when it takes effect, and which obligations remain. Get independent legal or tax advice on questions specific to your agreements.

Creditors can decline a proposal. Contacting or engaging us does not itself change your obligations, prevent collection activity, or pause a legal deadline. Do not stop payments based on this website.
